Colorful Doilies

Good morning everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful start to the week! Well here is the third card from the July Make & Take. It uses some of the wonderful new In Colors and the fabulous Delicate Doilies stamp set and Large Lace punch. Take a look:

Stamps: Delicate Doilies, Upsy Daisy
Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade, Whisper White
Ink: Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral, Pool Party
Markers: Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade
Accessories: Scalloped Oval Punch, 1 3/4" x 7/8" Oval Punch, Large Lace Border Punch

The card base is Calypso Coral cardstock cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and was scored at 4 1/4". Next a piece of Whisper White cardstock was cut at 3" x 5 1/2". The images from Delicate Doilies were stamped in Calypso Coral, Pool Party, and Lucky Limeade ink to create the very colorful pattern on the Whisper White cardstock. Then the stamped Whisper White cardstock was adhered to a 1" x 5 1/2" piece of Lucky Limeade cardstock just so there is a little bit of a mat on the left side of the stamped cardstock.

Next a piece of Pool Party cardstock that was 5 1/2" wide was punched with the Large Lace Border Punch. The lace was adhered so to the back of the Lucky Limeade cardstock so that just over half of the lace is visible. Then this panel was adhered to the card front.

The greeting from Upsy Daisy was inked up with Calypso Coral and Lucky Limeade markers. I breathed on the stamp to re-moisten the ink and stamped the greeting onto a scrap of Whisper White cardstock. The greeting was punched out with the 1 3/4" x 7/8" Oval Punch. The scalloped oval punch was used on a scrap of Lucky Limeade cardstock. Then the stamped greeting was adhered to the Lucky Limeade scalloped oval and this layer was adhered to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.

This card has lots of brigh color, lots of lace, and is just plain fun! This card was cased from Jennifer Jackson at Stamp it with Jen. HERE is the link to her card and HERE is the link to her blog. What creations have you made with the Delicate Doilies stamp set or Lace Border Punch?
