Lucky Blossom

Hello all! Today I'm going to share with you the final card from the July Make and Take. Here it is:

Stamps: Bold Blossom
Cardstock: Lucky Limeade, Whisper White, Elegant Eggplant
DSP: Cheerful Treat DSP (hostess)
Ink: Old Olive, Melon Mambo, Basic Black
Accessories: Paper Snips, Glimmer Brad, Stampin' Dimensionals, Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch, Paper Piercer, Mat Pack, Mini Glue Dot

The card base is Lucky Limeade cardstock cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and was scored at 4 1/4". Next a piece of Cheerful Treat DSP was cut at 2" x 5" and was adhered to a 2 1/8" x 5 1/8", and this panel was then adhered to the card front. Next a piece of Whisper White cardstock was cut at 2 1/2" x 3". The stem from Bold Blossom was stamped in Old Olive ink. Then the stamped Whisper White cardstock was adhered to a 2 5/8" x 3 1/8" piece of Elegant Eggplant cardstock and was then adhered to the card front.

The greeting from Bold Blossom was stamped in Basic Black ink in the lower right hand corner of the card. Then we got to play with the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch. The largest flower was punched from Melon Mambo scraps. The middle flower was punched from Lucky Limeade scraps, and the smallest and most detailed flower was punched from Whisper White scraps.

The Whisper White flower was adhered to the Lucky Limeade flower. Then the Paper Piercer and Mat Pack were used to pierce a hole in the center of the flower and a Glimmer Brad was added. I just love a little bit of sparkle in the center of a flower! Next the layered flower was adhered to the Melon Mambo flower with a Stampin' Dimensional. Then the flower was adhered to the card front with a Stampin' Dimensional.

Then the butterfly was stamped in Melon Mambo ink onto a scrap of Whisper White cardstock, was cut out with Paper Snips, and was adhered to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot.

This faboulous card was inspired by Sandy Mathis' card. You can find here card HERE and her blog HERE. Thanks Sandy for the inspiration!
