Fun Valentine's Decor

I have another sweet little Valentine's decor project to share with you today. I saw this version on Pinterest and thought it was so absolutely adorable that I just HAD to make one! I wanted to just stick with using what I had on hand already so mine is a little different.

But I realized this year that I don't have any Valentine's Day decorations. None. At all. So I got started fixing that. Last week I made a burlap heart banner and today I have two more fun yet easy projects to share with you. First off, a heart jar candle holder. These are all over Pinterest and they look so cute so I thought I would try my hand at making one.
